We’re excited to announce a new opportunity within QAHE for a passionate and experienced academic leader to step into the role of Head of Daytime Delivery.

This pivotal position offers the chance to shape the on-campus daytime experience for students, ensuring smooth operations, academic excellence, and a supportive learning environment. You’ll be at the heart of campus life—coordinating teaching schedules, managing academic activities, and responding to student welfare needs with agility and care.

🎯 Key Responsibilities:
Oversee and coordinate daytime teaching delivery across campus
Ensure all sessions start on time and escalate issues to relevant teams (e.g. Scheduling)
Arrange cover where needed to maintain continuity
Uphold academic standards and enhance the student experience
Address Health & Safety and welfare concerns appropriately
Collaborate closely with campus academic managers

✅ What You’ll Bring:
Proven experience in Higher Education Programme Management
A strong track record of supporting international and home students
Lecturing experience within the HE sector
Delivery of programmes from Level 3 to Level 7
Experience in recruiting academic staff
A passion for mentoring and training others
