We are seeking an experienced and passionate Apprenticeship Trainer to deliver engaging and career-focused training across Digital Product Management and Business Analysis standards. This dual-focus role is ideal for a professional with hands-on experience in both fields or someone experienced in product management who is committed to guiding apprentices through real-world application, skill development, and achieving their qualifications.
Role Responsibilities:
Deliver engaging training workshops and aligned to apprenticeship standards such as:
Level 4 Business Analyst Apprenticeship
Level 4 Digital Product Manager (e.g. emerging standards or internal curriculum)
Teach core topics including:
- Agile and Scrum frameworks
- Requirements gathering, stakeholder mapping, and gap analysis
- Product lifecycle, road-mapping, MVP definition, and backlog management
- User research, personas, journey mapping, and data-driven product decisions
- Business process modelling and use cases
- Commercial awareness [FB2] and value-based prioritisation
Your Experience/Skills:
- Proven hands-on experience in Digital Product Management and/or Business Analysis roles.
- Strong knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and lean product development.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills
- Ability to translate real-world experience into impactful learning
