Senior Creative Production Manager

London/Hybrid

Role Responsibilities:

• Oversee the smooth production of video content on time and within budget and quality parameters
• Oversee cross-functional video work, and partner with marketing, apprenticeships, and other functions to prioritise strategic projects
• Lead on the adoption of new tools and ways of working in the team, and facilitate training on them
• Oversee special projects, including experimental ways of producing AI-enabled content, and collaborate with other teams to implement these solutions
• Act as main point of escalation for video team members and point of contact for other functions regarding video production
• Mentor more junior team members and develop the right skillsets in the team, filling in gaps in projects where necessary
• Manage freelance contractors and the recruitment of new members into the team
