Join us as our Reward & Benefits Partner and help us build a future where our people feel valued, supported, and inspired. 💼 What You’ll Be Doing As a key member of our People Team, you’ll: Design and implement salary bandings aligned with our career framework Lead compensation processes and salary benchmarking Oversee bonus and commission schemes Drive gender and ethnicity pay gap reporting Develop and roll out a total reward strategy Enhance benefits to boost attraction, retention, and employee wellbeing Provide expert guidance across QAHE 🤝 Who You’ll Work With You’ll collaborate with: Our passionate People Team Group Head of Reward Payroll Manager Directors, Managers, and employees across QAHE 🎯 What You’ll Bring Proven experience in reward and benefits strategy Strong stakeholder and project management skills Expertise in job evaluation, benchmarking, and pensions CIPD qualification (or equivalent) Advanced Excel and data analysis skills A passion for people and continuous improvement 🌍 Why QA Higher Education?
