As a credit Controller you will manage & control all credit control and accounts receivable operations for a defined set of accounts and there is also an opportunity to manage a credit control apprentice and ensure set targets are maintained.
Job Description
Collection of all outstanding debtors within personal set of accounts across all parts of the business group
Managing collections and account management of customer with varying payment terms and different product types
Continuing reduction of over 60 day debt and debtor days
Supporting sales, service delivery and sales administration in the enforcement of credit control policies
Deal with customer queries in a professional and timely manner
Escalate account issues to credit management Assist with other areas of the team/business as arising

To be shortlisted, applicants must have postgraduate qualification(s) in biostatistics or epidemiological mathematics (or related) subject areas with demonstrable experience leading healthcare statistics-based projects. Such qualifications must be in public health, social care, or health related subject areas. Experience of teaching at level 3-7, a teaching qualification and HEA membership would be distinct advantages.
Having experience working with Ulster & London MET University partners and a proven track record of classroom / student support performance would be a distinct advantage.
