You will have a strong network of enterprise decision-makers, proven experience in closing large B2B training/HR/learning deals, and the ability to navigate complex sales cycles with C-level stakeholders. The regions specifically targeted are Oman, KSA, Bahrain and UAE. Key Responsibilities: Develop and execute a sales strategy to grow corporate digital training business across the Middle East. Negotiate and close large-scale training contracts, ensuring long-term client value and retention. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking forums. Provide market insights and feedback to influence product and go-to-market strategies. Proactive contribution to high value client/prospect bid activity. Leading on key strategic projects that influence the sales approach and outcomes across QA Coaching and developing sales managers and senior individual contributors to enhance their productivity Key Skills / Experience Required: B2B sales experience, selling corporate training, HR solutions, or SaaS/EdTech solutions in the Middle East. Strong track record of £1m+ sales targets. Established network of enterprise clients and decision-makers in the region. Deep understanding of regional business culture, procurement processes, and government regulations. Arabic language skills preferred but not required.
