In this role you’ll develop existing client relationships, and identify new ones, by delivering learning consultancy services to meet our client’s strategic and operational needs. You’ll create and develop innovative blended learning solutions/programmes in both IT and non-IT sectors.
Here's some of what’s involved:
As a Learning Solutions Consultant you will manage and develop key stakeholder relationships (client, third party and internal) to deliver on their expectations and identify new opportunities. Use proven methodologies to capture learning requirements and define learning outcomes to meet stakeholder strategic and operational learning needs.
Identify, scope, develop and deliver creative, innovative and impactful solutions.
Develop learning assessment methods to ensure programmes can be evaluated and measured aligned to organisational aims.
Bring your experience:
Instructional design experience/experience of designing learning and training programmes
Confidence in tech/digital skills – comfortable with both using tech and talking about tech and digital
Creative skills – EITHER tech or instructional design – thinking differently.
Experience developing trainer-led, digital or blended learning solutions.
Demonstrable track record of successful account management.
Experience delivering small and medium scale projects in a consultative capacity to varied customers.
Stakeholder management; building initial rapport to establishing senior level relationships with purchase authority decision-makers up to Senior Managers/Deputy Directors.
Your knowledge:
Experience of planning, designing and developing blended learning programmes with multiple teams.
Experience developing a minimal viable product (MVP) in area of speciality.
Experience writing formal documents and presenting proposals to senior stakeholders.
Instructional design experience/experience of designing learning and training programmes
Confidence in tech/digital skills – comfortable with both using tech and talking about tech and digital
Creative skills – whether around the use of tech or in instructional design – an element of thinking differently
Your background:
Potentially delivered or been involved in TNA in a professional capacity and having exposure to client lead projects.
